★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd time back here, and service (Nash and Santos) was amazing - attentive, warm and unpretentious. it blew my mind that Nash remembered every detail about my last visit, down to my request for more butter for the bread.
The flavours and texture of the Foie Gras with its decadent fruity and creamy sauce once again brought me to another world with each bite, as it lushly melted in my mouth.
Snails paired well with its garlicky sauce, pork and duck grilled tenderly to perfection.
I am a fan of French desserts, and to that end, things could still be improved. But Rome wasn't built in a day, so keep at it guys!
Overall amazing value, great flavours. Best Foie Gras in town. Will certainly be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked lunch on a weekday for a bday celebration. The best seats in the house would be at the back, where you can watch the chefs in action in the open kitchen. The set lunch is quite good value. We had the $36 set of which I wld recommend the snails for appetiser, it was really good. The seabass was abit burnt on the skin though. We also had the chargrilled half poussin, which was juicy and tender. All sets come with dessert of the day, which the chef will decide for you. We got the creme brulee and the portion was huge. We also had the cheese platter, it was just ok. Service was decent.
Would be nice if they gave a complimentary slice of cake with candle for the bday guest.
Overall we enjoyed our meal and watching the chefs in action. They look smart in their black uniform, perhaps a cap or some sort of headwear will be good for hygiene purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josephine serves delicious, hearty french fare at bistro prices. We really enjoyed our dinner here tonight, with the generous portion of the pan-seared foie gras being a particular stand-out. The snails from burgundy with the garlic butter sauce were really tasty as well. We were slightly disappointed that they didn’t have the Paris Brest tonight, but this feeling was negated upon sight of the Le Fondant (75% molten Valrhona chocolate with a mini Magnum). This was absolutely delightful.
Service was also excellent, and Drex and Raymond were especially friendly and welcoming.
Will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brunch buffet was amazing value but the staff is what made this experience 10/10. We were served by Drex and his service was immaculate. He was absolutely top notch. It was our first time there and we absolutely will be coming back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for their set lunches. Good selections for each price range and food was delicious. The restaurant was full, so it's best to book in advance. We ordered 3 sets of all different dishes for sharing. Foie gras was done to perfection, just a little under as it was supposed to be. Escargot and baby chicken are just ok, chicken a bit small. The pork loin was tender and panfried seabass on a bed of creamy spinach was very good. Dessert was creme brulee (no choice). It would be nice if there was a choice of desserts.
Although the restaurant was packed, staff service was friendly and efficient. A service staff, Raymond, who did not serve our table came by a couple of times to make sure everything is OK and to introduce us to their upcoming new outlet at Keong Siak Street.
Will return to try other dishes. Great value for set lunches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a new gem.
First time here and we had a wonderful time.
The restaurant atmosphere and setting was very comfortable. Love the cosy ambience!
Service was polite and friendly. They explained the menu and wines in great detail. Kudos to Raymond and his team!
The food was worth every single cent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience was ok, the AC temperature could be lower to create comfort during the dry spell in Singapore climate. Food is good, but the chef could be a little more thoughtful about the source of the ingredients, I ordered set lunch with choice of Escargots, sea bass & a dessert of the day. Escargot was served with baguette that’s less than average, not crispy and lack of the French wheat flavour, sea bass was served and looked burnt and it’s a little earthy on the palette, dessert was a little disappointing with just whipped cream, strawberry reduce and fruits. For a set lunch $36, I would say it was an average experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a nice place! We came for the brunch special - JOSEPHINE FREE FLOW COCKTAILS & OYSTERS BRUNCH. It was great. The oysters aren’t too fat, so it was easy to eat. We ordered THE EGGS FLORENTINE with the recommendation of their staff and it was so yummy. That help us to break away from the full oyster meal! ?
The drinks were great too! I like the Mimosa and hubby likes the Bellini. Prosecco was nice too.
Great ambience and very friendly and nice staff. Always attentive to our needs and full our drinks very promptly. Very friendly and chatty. Special thanks to Nash for making our experience a fabulous one. ??
Looking forward to coming back for another round of brunch soon. ❤️
