It was for our first home and Anita was patient and helpful in assisting with our questions and requests. Really appreciate it. Still loving our table after a year and there are no issues thus far. Looking forward to purchasing other furniture from Journey East in the future :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the showroom and staff were helpful in answering questions. I didn’t feel intimidated or pressured to purchase on the spot. Decided to make my purchase online and delivery was arranged very quickly. Although there was an issue with the piece that was delivered, Adrian from Journey East was very quick in responding and offering a solution. Truly impressed with the customer service! Product is also of high quality and very beautiful. Highly recommend everyone to have a look at their showroom.
