Great variety at very reasonable prices. Delightful service. The service was outstanding and genuinely helped us in making a decision. There was no sales push, they made an effort to understand our requirement and guided us to come to a decision. They carry high-end products so please don't go there if you want bargain basement prices. But prices are very reasonable for the quality of product that they carry.

We lost a piece of our Catellani lamp and none of the shop selling it answered our email asking for this spare part at the exception of this shop. The service was really good from the first mail to the delivery of the part.

Great service, both before and after sales. They have a huge inventory, and quite possibly the largest stockist in Singapore. Lots of other similar retailers often have to indent and wait months for the pieces you want. And prices are super competitive as well, often well below retail prices

Experience unexpected delay of shipment by 2months without any information shared or msg on expected time to delivery. Service level is not matching to the products they carry with the price level.

Re: Complaint on Royal Interiors Items: One outdoor two seater and outdoor coffee table Price: Sgd 4.5k 5 Jan:Paid in full based on agreed delivery date of 28 Jan 28 Jan: Saelsman said sofa and table defective hence no delivery and need to order from Italy. Next delivery date 28 Feb. 24 Feb:Salesman said shipment delayed 3 Mar:Defective sofa delivered but no side table. Sales said will do 1 to 1 exchange. 30 Mar: Salesman advised delivery 5th April. No one showed up and no advise. 8 April: Royal collected defective sofa but no replacement sofa (and no coffee table) 13 April: Salesman said delivery arranged and warehouse manager will call but no call 25 April: Salesman said delivery arranged but still no call 11 May: Requested for refund. Advised by sales that will money will be credited in 10 working days. 31 May: Funds not in. Spoke with salesman and General Manager of Royal. 1 June: Asked GM for explanation on this terrible purchase experience. 2 June: Salesman advised refund will be in by 6th June 6 June: Advised GM and sales should refund not in/ or no reply from them by end day, will be escalating to CASE. No reply from them. Till today (more than 5 months), this simple buy and deliver has not been completed. Advises given by salesman on delivery status updates has not been correct. We have to make sure somebody is at home to receive items. This whole purchase experience has been painful and highly frustrating both from a mental and monetary viewpoint. Proceed with caution should you wish to deal with them.

Firstly if they deserve a ZERO I would be more than happy to offer it for them, I don’t know why if an owner or a seller who can’t handle or deal with the costumers, why at first do that job or business ….the staff are very negligent an irresponsible so just don’t bother to waste your time, firstly prices are overly expensive , secondly the skinny brown who wear specs sounds he doesn’t know anything about their products and he seems racist toward some races coz he doesn’t look like he want to entrain is at all . So a very bad experience there . Shop at ur own risk .
