★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most appalling service and delivery. I ordered custom furniture and none of it came as per the written and agreed specs. It was 3 months late and they kept on delivering the wrong specs. The salesman did not follow up and ignored me so it was passed into another sales person who was so rude and unprofessional. The furniture they finally delivered was such poor quality. Ikea furniture far supersedes this company’s. I would like to warn you about this company. They should not even be in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #14-06. AVOID AT ALL COST. Overcharged for furniture deposit in March, when we went back, they said they already did settlement and cannot refund. Filled refund form, promised to refund us on Monday. Went back many times and they refused to refund my money and pushed all responsibility to their non-existent office. The office doesn’t exist.
It’s already September and they still don’t respond. No refund of overcharged amount, no answer to any of our calls.
They claim to manufacture for Soul & Tables too. Also changing their name often SOS, Collective Living, P+ Capital, Teak & CO.....
Their office address on ACRA. is invalid, no telephone number.
Everyone please be aware. Was caught by surprise that fraudulent behavior so open in Singapore.
CASE submitted but no response. Small Claims has awarded them to return me our $5K deposit based on non-delivery by vendor but the shop unwilling to return our deposit.
They have placed another signage calling themself Collective Living now. And someone else contacted me and they are now called Teak & Co.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shady company that doesn't provide a purchase order that reflects the company name at the door. Initially from SOS Furniture / Collective Living / TCO at #14-06, but now Teak & Co at #08-10. Store owners are still the same.
During the purchase, we were assured that the company could customize any design and material according to what we wanted. They claimed they were a wholesaler and supplied to various other more reputable shops in the building. However, nearer to the delivery date they told us we could only select from the designs they already had. We compromised, but shockingly when the furniture arrived, it was totally different from what was even compromised. They completely ignored our further attempts to resolve the issues after delivery.
