β β β β β I had an amazing experience with Charlotte Loo. She explained all the treatment and has lots of experience. The staff is also very friendly and very welcoming. I used to have so many problems with my previous dentists, but Charlotte Loo has fixed all these Issues. She is very professional and very personable. She is very gentle on my teeth and I didnt feel any pain at all. Thank you.? θ°’θ°’δ½ ????

β β β β β My friend recommended Dr. Nicholas to provide a second opinion regarding dental implants. I was concerned about the filling in my baby tooth and wanted to find a solution and advice to tackle this (e.g. replacement of filling or implant).
I am genuinely thankful for his patience and his detailed explanation on the process, plausible scenarios and outcomes (implants or no implants) to manage my expectations. I liked that he was thorough, patient and transparent in his pricing and opinion.
This was sooo much better compared to my first visit in another clinic where the I was pressured to make a decision without first being given full complete picture and explanation on the why, what and how. Thank you, Dr. Nicholas!

β β β β β Had my root canal treatment done by dr joshua. He clearly explained what I needed to do from the very first appointment, and also helping me with all the documentation for my claims. The whole experience at joy dental was really good. Excellent and efficient service from the reception team as well! Highly recommended if you donβt mind paying slightly more. Thanks doctor and team!

β β β β β Cheryl Lee is the best as she made me feel as if I am her friend. This is the best dental care I have ever experienced! Sheβs professional, courteous, and very thorough in her checks. Her friendly assistant and other staff made me feel good tooβ¦ would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

β β β β β Had a toothache recently, and decided to try out this dental centre nearby my workplace. Dr Rachel attended to me and i must say she is one of the nicest Dr ever. She takes time to explain on the procedure so that i can make an informed decision. She also gave her inputs on what can be done for my wisdom tooth. Also, the other staff were very welcoming. Will definitely come back again for routine check up!

β β β β β From consultation stage to extraction and review are attended by Dr Rachel. She is able to explain in detail, clear and providing advices on best options what can be done on the teeth (I believe layman also can understand).
On the extraction stage, she is very skillful as the extraction is painless. Days after, I felt no pain (probably is because of medicine took effect) and no sign of swelling.
Staffs and DA are friendly as well. Would definitely recommend Dr Rachel.

β β β β β I always have fear coming to dentist. I had very bad toothache. Dr Nicholas is friendly and patience.
Tooth extraction under Dr Nicholas Tan, he gave clear steps and instructions throughout the whole procedure.
The whole procedure was a pleasant experience! He is very skillful as the extraction is painless.
Next day, I felt no pain and no sign of swelling.
Thank you Dr Nicholas and 2 thumbs up??.
Staffs there were nice and friendly as well! Would definitely recommend this place!!
