My second time here! Dr Janice was superb gentle and always communicating (pre-empt) that the drilling might hurt abit as I chose to just bite the bullet instead of injection. Will be back next time if any of my tooth decides to get rebellious? oh I wished that they have other payment method.

Very disappointed with the way the bill was charged. The consultation was good but I was never told that they would charge separately for each side of the x-ray. In fact the concern was cleared even before the x-ray was taken. So am not sure why an extra service is provided and charged so much. Also, when asked about the same I got back irrelevant replies. Went there after seeing many good reviews but personally disappointed

Thank you so much to Dr Chong Tuck Fung for his genuine care and concern throughout my interaction and the extraction of my two tooth.? I cracked and broke my tooth, possibility of surgery may be needed to extract the remaining parts of the tooth. ? A last minute appointment was made with Bright Smile Dental Surgery and I was assigned to Dr Chong. I shared with Dr Chong that I was still recuperating from a major surgery and just had my stitches removed a day earlier from the surgery. Dr Chong made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure even making sure that the chair that was I sitting did not tilt as much like how a normal dental procedure would require. He explained each and every step before him proceeding and also ensuring that he will try his very best to minimise any pain. All I can say is not only was surgery not required but he extracted not one but two of my tooth without causing me much pain or any traumatic experience. Thank you so much Dr Chong for being so kind, careful, patient and meticulous throughout the procedure.??????????? I highly recommend Dr Chong for any of your dental needs. Even the clinic Receptionist was very kind and efficient.????❤️❤️❤️

Was at the dental clinic for a tooth filling, and has specifically requested for Dr Chong Tuck Fung. Was told that he is very gentle, he explained every detailed steps as how he's going to do the filling. What I'll be experiencing during and after the procedure. Never had such good experiences visiting other dentist. I highly recommend himto anyone needing dental procedures. Thank you Dr Chong.

Dr Chong has been my dentist since I was 18 and I have severe dental anxiety. He’s patient, meticulous and so gentle with my teeth. He’s also very aware of my fears and reassures me constantly! BEST dentist

I have been with Dr Chong for more than 10 years even after i moved away from Tiong Bahru. Dr Chong is gentle, chatty and always ensure that i know what's gonna happen next to my tooth. My 4 yr old son was taken care by Dr Janice (as Dr Chong was fully booked that day). She was great with kids and made my son feel at ease on his first dental appointment. Thank you to the lovely dentists here for taking care of our teeth.

Found this clinic through Google reviews and the positive reviews are true. It was my first visit and a thoroughly an enjoyable experience. I was attended by Dr Soh and she was very gentle throughout the cleaning process. There were times I forgot I was getting my teeth cleaned. Would encourage to come here to get your dental needs met!

This is my first time visiting a dentist and I was appointed with Dr Chow. He ensured that I was fully comfortable with the cleaning service and was always ensuring that I am not in pain. He did mark an additional positive impression on me by advising me to revisit the clinic 2 weeks later due to health dangers as I just did my booster shot which in my opinion shows a sincere care towards a patient. The assistant as well as the service counter lady is also very friendly which definitely increases the overall experience! Would definitely recommend to a friend and would revisit again :)
