Both Dr MeiYan and Dr Kenneth were very professional and patient in explaining the procedures to me, was a smooth and painless process afterall! Big thank you to their admin for following up too.

I also was impressed at the state of the art equipment. I hope never to need another implant, but if I do, I will return here for sure.

She suggested a night guard to prevent my teeth from cracking some more. She made sure follow up is done closely to monitor the crown. I love the fast and quick replies from the WhatsApp to confirm appointments. I remembered when my temporary crown broke after 3 days, I quickly sent a WhatsApp to check if I could go and see Dr Charlotte, I was given an immediate reply to come down the very day! Highly recommend Joy Dental Canberra!

It was really daunting but Doctor Kenneth was very encouraging and helped me to overcome my fear by explaining the whole process. In the end, I had a painless extraction! He also patiently helped me to fix my locked jaw whenever it happened (more than 5 times in 30mins!)It was indeed a joyful experience and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking dental services. The staff are meticulous in carrying out their duties and Doctor Kenneth explains what he is doing clearly.

Had both of my wisdom tooth removal done here. Subsequently scaling & polishing and made my night guard here! Replies and appointment making was done quickly and conveniently through Whatsapp! The clinic staff is very friendly and guided me through the cost & answer our queries (: Dr Charlotte Loo is really patient and sweet! Had my first wisdom tooth surgery, and throughout my surgery, she and her team provided me assurance & check-up on me during each steps. Post-surgery follow up + education was also done (: As for scaling & polishing, she took her time to ensure it done thoroughly & provided me on areas to brush my teeth (which i frequently missed out) :) Good experience here!
