★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My child has been enjoying her lessons at Joywaltz so far and she is always looking forward to the next lesson, to learn new things. The school is also prompt in reminding us of the next lessons and payment due and making sure to communicate any change such as soon as they can. Teachers are pleasant and well liked by my child.

She is always looking forward to her weekly lesson with teacher Madeleine and enjoying herself there with the staffs too. She will always initiate to practise her piano everyday with the folded piano given. We also observed that her focus level has increased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son started at Joy Waltz since he turned 3. It is great to see that he enjoys his lesson each week. He walks in for his lesson independently and is able to sit through the full lesson. He can now play with one hand and is making progress at recognizing the notes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 4 year old son has been taking piano lessons from Teacher Anita for about 2 months. Teacher Anita is extremely engaging and my son looks forward to class every week. She provides updates on his progress and sends us videos every week. Highly recommended for young kids looking for a school to start their piano journey!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enrolled our 4 year old daughter after going for trial class. Joy Waltz is one of the few schools that accept kids as young as 4.
I like the the school approach in making music fun for the kids through play and learn. They also provide workbook that the kid can bring home for practice. The syllabus is also concurrent with their alphabet recognition capability at the age of 4.
The teacher will update the kid’s progress every lesson and that motivates the kid to perform better.

Serious piano learner who wants ABRSM Grade 1 onwards, probably go a better music school who will always engage full-time teacher during weekends to train you children.
Full time teacher means they are weekdays and weekends 4-5 days a week.
They say your first piano teacher is most important, as they train you the right techniques.
The worst of all when withdrawal piano lesson "1-month deposit will be used to offset the last 4 lessons if given 30 days’ notice"
Meaning you need to be with them for 8 lessons
Verdict: highly not recommended ever to anyone.
