★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived the store was closed for a meeting the only information giving was the note at the shop. When the store owner finally arrived after 1 and a half hour to say it quite frankly the shitiest service I’ve ever gotten. No apology for keeping me waiting, or a hello when we came in. When I tried to ask for guidance I was told I could look myself. If you can avoid this shop at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who wants to go here for the first time, don't get lost. That time I read the direction and all information about JPL Sport from google, but then I get lost. I wanted to go to their store. It isn't JPL Sport but it is Grand Slam.
I found the store after walking around the stadium. Unfortunately, I found the store was still close (MAKE SURE YOU READ their opening hours). While waiting the store to be open, I visited JLP Sport website and then I found that it is really clear written in their Website:
In Stadium MRT Building #01-08/09 (Near Exit B)
I regreted to not read this beforehand.
PLEASE NOTE that, Stadium MRT to Exit B. On the exit turn right and right again. The store is on your left in about 70 metres from the exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent pm on instagram no reply at all. I dont stay in Singapore and usually contact store in advance if they have stock or not. Reply is only 5 days after my 2 days trip in Singapore. Honestly the worst store service. Lady doesnt seem interested in customer. Keep playing phone. Pay my bill and never say thank you immediately pick up phone and start playing. Perhaps busy replying those message on instagram?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are high. However, this shop has pretty much anything related to baseball and softball a player or coach needs. Great selection of items! I bought a box of Slowpitch Softballs 130 SGD. Good people working here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my Mizuno F edition boots from grand slam JPL on late sept 2019. Nov 2019 use it for match but Realize that the sole was crack. Within 2 months i have use it for 3 times. I use it for 3 times will the sole crack? Went to 4 different cobbler mention that its beyond repair as the sole is crack. great customer service, Buy at your risk.
