★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an extremely good customer experience with Ricardo from the bicycle counter. Whoever is his manager, please give this guy a raise and a promotion because he really does your brand excellent service. Ricardo helped me to look for the correct size of my bike, answered all my queries patiently and provided necessary information that I didn’t know I needed, changed seat height, removed a secured bike from the display rack to let me try cos it was the only one in the size available, pumped up the tyres to make sure my test ride was comfortable and made helpful suggestions for ordering online. And all this was done without me asking at all, all on his own onus. Top-class customer service experience. Thank you very much for all your help today, Ricardo, much appreciated. Anybody looking for a bike at Decathlon City Square, look for Ricardo.

I was declined by the initial stuff that I asked to check with other store. But when Ali was asked by his colleague to assist me in checking, he helped me completely and purchased by choosing the buy and collect to my desired outlet. Thank you for your goo service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of their big stores with a wide selection of products conveniently accessible by the MRT. It’s really good that they’ve got a box for recycling old Sports shoes, school shoes, football boots (without metal studs). It could become materials for soft sports or playground surface. The last time I saw one of these box was in their Bedok location. This makes it easier to do our part in recycling. Get some shopping done too afterwards since they keep their selections updated and organized!

For teenagers It's a rather fun place to visit since the store has possibly every equipment / accessory needed for sport.
The store allows you to test the products on sale..
Interestingly the product range varies from sports attire to even camping equipment
The products seem to be of reasonable quality. Sports shoes take up a few aisles.
It's even a good place to get a gift for a sports lover. It has gym mats and many more. Worthy of a visit.
