Good selection of noodle bowls. Mostly dry with optional soup on the side or noodle soup. It's halah so mostly with chicken and no pork. It's delicious. The meat balls are also yummy. Plenty of seats and the service is speedy. In the afternoon, there is a.combo option of noodle with meatball soup and ice tea (regular or green tea) as sides.

As an Indonesian, i dont get the hype this place receives. And the q. Their bakmie ayam is so so. Drinks are quite authentically indonesian, like Soda Gembira and Grassjelly drink....it just highlights the vacuum that is good indonesian food in singapore

There was a queue even for Tuesday night dinner at 7.30 PM (last order 7.50ish). Staffs were busy but were very sweet and helpful. Good bakmi. Al dente noodles, pretty big portion.

Decent and nice, quite close to indonesia taste. Taste quite similar to chinese spring onion noodle. Small and cosy establishments but with long queue during peak hour.

Authentic indo noodles and sweet pancakes. I think the noodles were made by themselves. Maybe not order the pancakes with noodles as it can be very filling. Good food and worth the try.

I grew up in Bandung but left long ago and haven't had Batagor for at least 2 decades. I would say, it is not very close to what i had when i was a kid but it does reminds me of the good old days. I somehow recall that i was usually served with kecap manis, which i was not offered here when i have my Batagor. Another thing worth noting is that the teh botol sosro, per picture, is served in a ice cup, not really in a bottle as the name would suggest (yeah, i know, it is a brand name, clearly i was assuming it to be in a bottle). I wish to try out the martabak, but i am dining in solo, definitely won't be able to finish it with Batagor at the same time. Probably will try that out next time and update my review. Edited after 2nd visit: Ordered martabak keju and ice teh tarik. The martabak was good but the teh tarik was tasteless.

Visited on a Thursday late afternoon and the place was quite busy. A fairly large hole in the wall kinda establishment, the ambience is cozy. I ordered the Bakmie Ayam Cabe Ijo ($5.90) and Keju Martabak ($6.20). The noodles were topped with this fragrant mix of chicken and scallions. Personally I felt that the noodles were a bit too hard, will definitely opt for softer noodles the next time I visit. The cabe ijo (green chili) mix was savory and spicy which really lifted the entire bowl. The keju martabak was thick, fluffy and rich. It was the perfect balance between salty and sweet as the cheese and condensed milk melted together. It can get a bit heavy, so do get it to share! Overall a really good meal, this is the closest I can get to Indonesian food. Definitely can't compare to the food I have in Medan, but this will have to do in a pinch for now. Will recommend to my family and friends.
