Best Taiwanese restaurant in Singapore

S	Simon Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The star dish to me is their Pork Chop and Egg sandwich, they were so close to what I had in Taiwan especially the cucumber dressing. Just wish the pork chop was thicker cut. Guess I am not a fan of egg pancake cos I don't remember having one that I enjoyed including the one I had here which everyone rave abt. I do appreciate the generous pork floss filling but I think pork floss concoct better with bread instead. Seating capacity is limited here so be prepared as a 10 person queue is easily a minimum 30min wait.

I was surprised to see the queue when I reached there early in the morning during weekday, and the queue has never shortened throughout my time there. My favourite was their 蛋餅 egg omelette. 蔥油餅 was great too! Missing my 2nd home

The 卤豆饭 is abit sweet, the egg is slightly too hard but the preserved vegetables are very good. The chicken and pork chop rice are of good portion, but slightly oily. The 蛋饼 is thin and chewy. The milk tea 0% sugar is great! While the 锅烧意面 is the best, very flavourful and has a lot of ingredients, and the noodles remained hot after we are done with the meal! Would return for sure!

The food is good and definitely authentic but doesn’t really strike me as anything incredible, maybe with exception to the scallion pancake. The braised pork also had bone chunks which was a bit annoying. Overall, definitely worth one visit
C	Catherine Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find Taiwan taste here! The 蛋饼 is superb, very nice with the dark soy sauce. Not so fancy the black pepper noodle, can taste the alkaline taste in the noodle. will definitely come back to try other dishes on the menu!
E	Ed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Taiwanese taste says my Taiwanese partner We had the pork floss egg omelette and scallion Pancake which were very authentic Taiwanese. You have to use the black sauce which goes very well with all their dishes Its our first time here that lunch menu is available so we tried the pork chop which we don't recommend as its more flour than meat. Otherwise still a good meal

I’m reviewing the dishes based on the comparison between what I’ve ate in Taiwan. Flavors are strong and distinct. Texture of the egg crepe and the thick gravy in the black pepper noodles..You guys nailed it. Recommended to go in groups so you can try out more dishes.
E	EM Y (M_M) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Taiwanese breakfast, very popular. Queue not very long, but always got queue even we came at 9am on weekdays. Cheese egg crepe, pork chop sandwich and pancake are all quite nice. Milk tea also not bad. Lady boss and staff are very nice and friendly. ❤️
