When i was queuing here (30-45mins), approximately 10 customers left. For the benefit of the company, I suggest you hire enough staff whenever someone has to go for lunch break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is disaster mocha n Kyoho grape tea ... Mocha taste like milk tea n tea taste like plain water... totally disappointing !! Even next table customer also comment so bad on their coffee. McCafe is better 100 time, this outlet is coffee is out of standard quality from Scott Square ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was ok. The staff was not friendly. Very disappointing ambience and feel. Ordered dirty coffee and it was very less quantity. The coffee quality was good though. Ordered original and almond croissant. Both tasted okay. Nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered iced chai latte and some kind of an iced green tea peach. The chai latte was decent (only because it was not too sweet as most places around) but still very disappointing along with the green tea drink. Both of them seemed like 1/3 of the small cup and the rest full of big ice blocks and that for S$7.5 each. Definitely overpriced and would suggest you avoid it. We just drank the chai latte quickly so the ice does not melt because it would dillute it badly and went to Starbucks.
Look at the photo of the green tea drink - it's obviously dilluted as much as possible. It only smelled a bit fruity but no taste of green tea or whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the classic coffees here are decent but i would recommend getting the signatures instead !! tried the manuka (hot n cold) today and both were rlly good !!
honey was not overly sweet and and balanced the bitterness of the coffee rlly well :-) i tend to prefer my coffees unsweetened because i don't enjoy the taste of my coffee being overpowered by sugar but this one was rly good !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very much enjoyed the Scott's branch and is a frequent there, but this branch is a rip off. My Nespresso produces better quality coffee than here. Also the crossoaint which I ordered tastes like it has been there for several days before being reheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few times - Really great coffee (Manuka, Onikawa etc). l wouldn’t blame her for bad attitude though as I think your outlet should at least hire two baristas. How can she handle the crowd on a weekend. If I were her I would not be able to give my best service too. Kudos she still able to maintain the standard. Just my two cents. Will still visit for the great coffee and nice people watching seats.
