★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average quality Japanese glutinous rice meal. Looks nice, plated nicely, but has no unique taste from Japanese food found at a regular coffeeshop in Singapore.
Other than the sauces, taste is blend.
Nice fast customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loves the rice there. Not overly seasoned and can taste the natural sweetness of the accompanying ingredients like salmon, prawns and chicken. The fried chicken was good while the pork was average. Overall a nice comfort food. Will definitely be back ! Service is a little slow as they seems to be short handed.

I frequented another branch in Nee Ann City- Takashimaya. The menu seemed similar.
The food quality was also the same.
The key difference was the service standard. The staff was loud and simply rude. She lacked the patience to explain my order. A bit disappointed to be treated this way. And it seemed the change in the attitude was due to me ordering the most basic food item- just the rice only, not the set.
I even offered to wait to collect by food, since I saw there was only 1 staff. She had to reply in a loud and rude matter, questioning why to I need to stand there, they needed 5 mins to heat up the food.
In short, a very lousy experience, all caused by a service staff.
Will be avoiding this outlet as long I see that particular service staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the multi grain and scallop steamed rice with fried chicken. Ate a couple of times at this place for lunch and find it value for money and convenient. The portion of rice though not big has sufficient for a lunch set portion. The taste of the steamed rice is of the right texture. Recommend to at least come here for a try if you are in GWC.
