OUR WORST EVER EXPERIENCE WITH JUN-AIR TRAVEL SINGAPORE Our very first time booked with Jun-Air Travel Singapore for a package tour ended up leaving us feeling horribly by their rude and disgusted business manner. Two main things happened to us with our booking with Jun-Air Travel :- 1) We paid cash for a full package tour for two persons during NATAS Fair in August 2018 for a 8 days trip from 6th to 13th February 2019 and was entitled to some free inland travel vouchers and, a 20" luggage bag. When we went to claim for the free inland travel, they dishonored the voucher. Also, they demanded that we return the 20" luggage bag if the group could not form. We have to argued with them for a long time that both items were complimentary due to our full cash payment for the tour. 2) Two weeks before departure date, 22nd January 2019 (5 months since our booking date), we were told that they could not form the group due to insufficient passengers and that they can only refund us the monies 2-3 weeks after the tour return date. Also, we are to hand over the original booking form plus, return them he 20" luggage bag for them to process the refund. Again, we have to argue with them over this matter one more time. Only on 6th March 2019 that we were told the refund is ready and we are to collect the cheque and return the 20" luggage bag to their office. At their office on 7th March 2019, we were again demanded by them to return the 20" luggage bag before we can get the refund cheque. We refused and again have to have a strong argument with them until they give in. From our past and years of experience booked with other tour companies, there were times when the tour company cancel the tour due to their inability to form the group size, they even told us that we need not return to them any complimentary luggage bags or items taken during the promotion. We will NEVER EVER WANT to deal with this JUN-AIR TRAVEL SINGAPORE anymore !!

My husband and I just finished our Hokkaido trip,scenery is very nice,the guide was very enthusiastic,the service of Jun-air also good.

Joining Jun Air's Korean tour group is a very happy and relaxing journey. It's a very pleasant journey. It's good to eat, live, take good care of, and the tour guide is excellent. I'll introduce my friends to join it. Next year, I'll join their company's Japanese tour. I hope it will be a very good journey

Booked a trip through trip.com at a Japanese restaurant, but the organizers failed to let the restaurant know in advance about the booking. In the end they only told us on the day itself that we will have to sit in a separate restaurant above since there’s no more space in the main restaurant. Terrible planning.

Bad experience with Jun Air Travel agency. The company does not respond to queries after getting our full payment. Covid-19 strikes and they went radio silence. They are very irresponsible to leave us hanging even after getting a Determination for full refund under the Covid-19 Temporary Measures Act 2020. Terrible customer service. Beware that their "good" reviews with 5 stars rating on Facebook/Google were written by their own employees. Just click around and check. Sign a package with them at your own risk.

My friend and I just came back from Hokkaido. I am very happy and relaxed, and I will join the JUN-AIR tour group in the future. I will also recommend it to my friends, because it's really good service.

Paid $100 per pax via Rediscover voucher to book a "Fort Canning Tour" + Buffett with Irodori via Jun Air Travel Group. Terrible. They purposed timed the Fort Canning tour at an nonsensical hour so that no one working can possibly attend. As it turns out, zero people attended that "tour". This restaurant is basically partnering with Jun Air Travel to scam the public in using Rediscover vouchers for an overpriced meal that no one would otherwise go for. Left before 40 minutes was up. That's how bad the food and service is. Did I mention they got 50% of my buffet orders wrong/mixed up? Did I also mention that rescheduling the dates (even with valid MC) is not possible? And did I also mention that the Jun Air Travel Group tour guides were happily eating the buffet and taking the place of some people who missed the tour (all because they refuse to allow rescheduling)? Unprofessional to the max. You ought to be ashamed, Jun Air Travel and Irodori management. Scamming the public and scamming the Singapore government of Rediscover voucher credits will ever end well.

Paid $100 per pax to book a "Fort Canning Tour" + Buffet with Irodori via trip.com to Jun Air Travel Group- which I only knew about 2 days prior to the tour as there was no mention of this middleman in any of the booking confirmation. Mind you there are also no details of the agency available anywhere for contacting purposes. Number on their website is invalid. Due to Covid and being on health risk notice, I contacted the tour guide whose details were only made available 2 days prior to the tour but he couldn’t help in anyway as all decisions are made by agency. An agency that doesn’t have a contact no and an email which they don’t respond to. Contacted the restaurant directly to reschedule and again was told to contact the agency which they wouldn’t give me the number to and asked for my preferred new date and that they would liaise with them themselves only to get a call from the tour guide again later at night to say I’m not allowed to call the restaurant and have to deal with the agency. I had also sent an email to trip.com to raise the issue and even submitted relevant documents and got a call only to say that the agency refused any changes or refund only a transfer. How do you expect to get someone to attend one of these tours during working hours at such short notice? This restaurant and tour agency are just scamming people off their money/rediscover vouchers. They only care about the money and are not socially responsible or have any professionalism.
