J	JC Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friends went on the 10 day trip to Turkey on 10 June 2019. The tour guide that was assigned to us was very nice and experienced, her name is Olivia Ong. She provided us with quality service and made our trip enjoyable. She provided us with the itinerary planned for the following day everyday. She also provided us with our group photos as promised. I highly recommend anyone that plans on going to Turkey to consider joining her tour!However, there was a couple in our tour group that was very troublesome. They complained about everything and disliked a lot of stuff and made the trip less enjoyable for everyone.

Some people had complained about their bad travel experience with her. However, it turned out to be a non-issue during my 10 days tour with her, Olivia did a great job. Apart from being passionate on her job, she is also very helpful, accommodating and resourceful. We greatly appreciate her efforts in making our tour so enjoyable.

They cancelled the trip as it did not meet minimum number to go but did not call any of us. The cancellation was told to us just one week before departure and it was already the school holidays. No calls from them at all on the cancellation and nothing about the refund. Terrible company.
Q	Quan Quan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took their 11days europe tour in 2016. One of their tour consultant did something (6yrs ltr, i cnt rly rmb what she did, but it was along the lines of not being honest and upfront), and in the end their most senior staff promised will make it up during the trip. Had a surprise on one of the day's dinner by the tour guide larry (cnt rly rmb what it was also, but along the lines of some performance and a btl of wine?). Overall the tour was good enough and will still consider them.
