The shittiest pet shop ever.. Their birds are kept in a really unhygienic condition.. Lots of them have broken wings and tail feather and some even have bleeding eyes due to fights. Please do not support such disgusting way of treating animals.

Car food ie Aristol Cat premium series plus is one of the cheapest one can find among pet shops. Got 1 carton for $19. Worth the effort and time spent to go there to stock up supply.

DO NOT BUY PETS FROM HERE. The pets are were unhealthy and had respiratory problems. There were alot of insects.The pets were in an dirty environment the place is smelly and stuffy they don't care about the pets they just wanna make money one of the hamster food I bought had worms in it.Damn Disgusting ???????

Strictly do not buy pets from here. Have a couple of bad experience with my hamster bought there. The hamsters were in bad health such as respiratory issues. They are also kept in unhygienic environment. Please do not buy pets or products to not support such bad practice towards animals. Apart from all these, the pet store is also very smelly and stuffy.

Maybe the uncle was having a bad day but after going to different pet shops, I can safely say that this shop has much to improve on in terms of service. Imagine owners going “tsk!” or aunty going “aiya i dunno lah!” and scolded upon/being sarcastic at when all you wanted as a buyer was to ask some questions about caring for the pet. I couldn’t believe my ears when the uncle said, “You google better lah, google more expert!”, after I told him I wanted to seek his advice as he should be an expert in the pet I wanted to buy. So neighbourhood shop = less expectations of service? Well, went to a different shop (also in a neighbourhood under a block), the owners showed me around and explained to me in detail about the pet food, medication, etc and even recommended me what’s best for the pet. What stark difference the service between the two was and seriously, this should be the way isn’t it? It’s the most fundamental thing pet shop owners should be able to do for potential customers. Sad to say, my experience was unpleasant and I don’t think I’ll ever patronise this unhelpful pet shop again. Mind you, I actually bought the pet, with them fully aware that I was making the purchase(which was why I asked them for advice) & yet still giving rather snide remarks was appalling. Either they don’t seem to know much about the pets or they don’t care, either way I worry for the animals there.

Place to find normal small fishes , birds, hamster n rats. The shop owner dont go pester customer like alot pet shop

Some of th hamsters there were quite sick, the place was dusty, the cashier can be nice at times, but she was playing her phone when I was asking her if she had a product that I wanted to buy, they kept all the drawf hamster at the same cage and it was very sad for me to see. But the price for the accessories and like food for your pets was quit reasonable. I will come back again to buy bedding for my Syrian hamster as the price of the bedding over there were quite reasonable as well :)
