★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 if I could. Came in at 6pm, doctor only arrived for tele-consult at 7pm. It's now 8pm and I have yet to get swabbed. This place is understaffed and way too inefficient. Be prepared to wait 2-3 hours if you ever come here, so just don't visit this clinic, especially for conditions that need more urgent attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most useless clinic, reach the clinic 10 mins before closing and the staff told me that the clinic is closed. I told the staff there’s 10 mins left but then she refused to register me. Avoid this clinics at any cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guess I’m lucky … after reading the review while waiting for my q at this clinic … took me less than 10mins for both consultation + dispensary.
Registration was a bit slow though. Not sure why the staff kept asking me for my race … obviously my name on my ID doesn’t show D/O or A/P ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Counter staff (slightly plump, short hair Chinese) is arrogant and very rude towards patients. The worst experience I ever had. I was tested positive and have very bad sore throat. Both EHA & Shenton are closed on Sunday, else I won’t end up at this clinic. It will be my first, also last visit to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO VISIT THIS PLACE. Son tested covid so we visited this clinic not knowing of the procedure as its our first time handling this. Nurse gave me two choices, she said i can choose whether if i want my son to do Art or PCR, so of course i choose Art. My son just turned two so i dont want him to have PCR. End up when we head into Dr Andy Kong’s room, he told me rudely that under the Moh you need to do PCR even for kids below 3 years old. He was so impatiently to serve us, he was very rude and cant wait for us to leave the room. He is the worst doctor i’ve seen so far.. i bet he have no kids at all…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expected the wait to be long, but was quite surprised it was fast despite alot of people. Only took a while to wait for medicine. All the staff was friendly. Doc was nice too. & what surprise me was the total bill was only $20 for me and my 23month old daughter, including swab and medicine. Went there about 7.30pm. The doctor even called the next day to check on how my 23month old girl is doing coz she is tested positive. Overall satisfied. Please be nice everyone is doing their best :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queue (≥~1h) as many nearby companies seem to send their people here by default. Might need to stand while waiting as there are not enough seats for all the patients. Doctor only in between 8:30am-12:30pm. However at least it's reliable and have decent service and definitely much better than HeartlandHealth Jurong East
