Finally the issue with the auto Off function with the Dreamstation CPAP and wisp nasal mask has been brought to the attention of Philips head office Toa Payoh via Junnimed. Special compliment goes out to Victor and Satyakam for their unwavering service to settle this matter amicably. Good job guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Philips Respironics Everflo Oxygen concentrator from Junnimed Services for my mom in her last leg of life.
However, the machine seems to generate excessive heat that warms up the whole room making it very intolerable for a patient to be in there 24*7. We added a fan but nothing helps. spoke to Sales person: Marcus -was told he would arranged for his service guy to check onsite after Hari Raya Puasa but till date nothing take place, not even a follow-up. Post sales service is not even there which is a great disappointment and let down. Would rate it with zero star if this option is available
