A good tuition centre. Can see alot of parents, grandparents& maids bringing &fetching children here & back.

Classroom style tuition. Mainly primary level English, Maths and Science.

We met Center Manager Sylvia, and she was polite, warm in signing up our initial classes for the children. We signed up for 3 subjects for 2 children due to the nearest proximity of our home and we did not continue due to the following : - Teachers kept changing Over the span of 1 month+, we discovered that the P4 English Teacher had changed 4 times, not to our knowledge. We only found out when our child had difficulty remembering the surname of the teacher. - Center Manager, Sylvia was unprofessional with the following: 1. Invasion of Privacy Asked unnecessary questions to our eldest child over covid-19 situation at my workplace, and 2. Missing/Incomplete Worksheets over multiple times During the first incident, incomplete worksheets were given for one of the subjects, when Sylvia insisted that all are given. We made multiple trips to collect the missing worksheets after we missed out the first half of the online classes. As parents, we confirmed with her twice, and not once on the missing worksheets. On the second incident, we discovered they were no worksheets for the Science subject after I noticed it during their online classes. When we called her, she made no apologies at all. Someone from her office called us to apologise on her behalf. Both incidents caused a major distress in our family. We decided to stop the sessions entirely.
