★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very money minded, inflexible and arrogant management. The team follow the same principles. It’s always one way where they don’t listen to parents feedback and keep changing their schedules and policies at will. In short, its like leave if you don’t like. Had enough of them and their words like management will look in to the feedback etc. Also cannot withdraw midterm if you have paid the whole fees in advance. Hope someone questions them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone keen to pursue a legal suit / or case suit against TLL jointly ? What gave them the rights to forcibly make parents pay upfront for lessons then insist on e learning with no other alternatives in the face of an island wide lockdown without due consideration of kids ability. And they don’t even bother to answer their calls or reply email on a timely basis.
