โ โ โ โ โ this clinic does not follow its stated operating hours on google. both times i tried to visit them, even when google stated it was open until 1pm, they were closed. so disappointed, what if someone urgently needed a doctor and was in my shoes insteadโฆ

โ โ โ โ โ Two days back, I brought my daughter to Healthway Anchorvale to report sick. She was seen by Dr Jeremy Wee. My daughter spoke highly of Dr Wee cos he was caring by asking relevant questions of her illness. He was attentive to the problems highlighted. In fact, he was checking whether my daughter came alone or accompany by family members etc. kudos to you, Dr Wee. Thank you

โ โ โ โ โ The worst clinic experience I ever had! Back in Nov 2021, I was told that the doctor cannot perform ART at kids below 3 year old and asked me to go to another clinic. Today, when my girl turn 4, I was told they can only perform ART for kids above 9 year old! Inconsistent advise and waste of time. I have read all the bad reviews but try my luck since it is nearby my house. Please do not visit this clinic and let it rotten!

โ โ โ โ โ Experienced bad attitude and service from the nurse/receptionist, especially the Malay lady at the counter. My mum went for this clinic to collect her LTVP health check up report today. The Malay nurse made her waited for an hour in order for her to just collect the report. Giving an excuses that Doctor busy today and haven't sign for the report or else can come back tomorrow for collection. Whereby, another 2 nurses next to her have an intention to immediately approach the doctor for an approval and signature. What a bad hearted nurse that My mum hasn't come across throughout her 70 years journey in this world! Shameful on this lady and I doesn't feel that she is suitable in this industry. Doctor Jeremy or others doctors, you might want to reconsider such bad attitude and behavior staff who spoiled your image and name. A nurse who doesn't know what is basic respect to an old lady at her 70's. I guess, I'm not the first person who give feedback about staff attitude or behavior. Thank you

โ โ โ โ โ Taken my 3rd dose vaccine. Dr. Jeremy Wee was very courteous, explained in detail what I am taking(showing me batch number, expiry date) and making sure that I am aware with what he will be doing in the next moments. I am satisfied with the service. ?
