Managed to contact Anwar even it was supposed to be his off day, was offered some advice to double check on condition before confirming had to be towed. Tow service was arranged promptly and Anwar even took initiative to send me pictures of my car from his security camera outside his workshop to ensure car was towed and handled properly. Car was ready and collected on the next day! Seamless and trust worthy service! Thanks!

I trust Anwar and his men so much that I'm happy to leave my car at the workshop for several days , knowing its in good hands. Price is reasonable too. I have recently renewed my COE for a 10 year old 5 series , just because I trust that Anwar & gang have maintained my car very well in the last 6 years and he will be able to do sonfornthe next 10 years. I've been a patron of Juzz for slightly a year now with various issues - VCG, leaking shocks and a regular maintenance routine. Every one of those issues were resolved and explained in great detail with constant updates throughout the day. My E93 335i N55 is about be handed over to a new owner soon who is surprised on how well I maintained the car. Good thing is I'm getting a F33 435i the next day. Guess what, first stop I'll be making is Juzz without a doubt! My car will be entrusted by Anwar and his team for the next journey.

The mechanics are knowledgeable and professional. Their consultant “Anwar” is very humble, helpful and responsible. He even went the extra mile to resolve a fault code which never trigger the “check engine” light. Back then, his advice was Rock solid, honest and professional. And now, 20 years later , people don’t change and Anwar is still the honest, professional dude always going the extra mile to think of solutions. Still as meticulous as always. Kudos to Anwar!
