Walked in for a quotation for a part, but boss Calvin was most kind to sit me down and explain to me where else I could get it for a much, much better price. His assistant was also very kind and welcoming to this young girl who walked in alone ? Where got business don’t want to do one. Anyway, a million thanks to you guys! Bless you with good karma and business and will be back if there are any problems (hope not).

First of all Calvin the owner answered my call at around 8.15 am on Saturday morning (thumbs up for that). He was very courteous over the phone and instantly gave me an appointment for my car service at 1045 am. After taking a look at my car (Audi a5 Sportback), he was very honest with his opinion and told me there is nothing wrong with the car and just normal servicing will do. The Mechanic Amar who was working on my car knew exactly what he was doing. Resonabaly priced. I will def go back to MSP for all my future car servicing?

The boss Calvin is very honest. I visit WS because the car’s brand mechanic told me my water pump leak and I needed to change it (and they will charge me at $1000+ to do that). Luckily I bring my car to MSP and let Calvin checked my car. After 2-3 rounds of checking he told me that there was nothing wrong support with computerized report... The water level for my coolant is well. He didn’t even charge for diagnosing of the car. Thanks to him that I don’t have to pay for fixing something that not broken. Appreciate your honesty and highly recommend for VW driver.

Brought our porsche 986 boxster to this workshop after doing alot of research to find a good and trusted workshop. The reviews of this shops do not do enough justice to their impeccable service and knowledge. We were sold when we called initially prior to coming down to check on availability and advise and Varun was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Both varun and Calvin are honest and will tell you what needs to be done to your car. I appreciate their patience and willingness to answer all of our questions and still give us some recommendations on some other things we would like to do. Overall, this will be our go to workshop for all the necessary works. Not only did we come out with an enhanced ride a new and amazing friendship was formed! Thank you so much for all your help!

I would give a 6 star review if I could. My car was having coolant leaking issue and I had to get it fixed up urgently. I contacted the hotline at 1230am, and Kelvin replied almost immediately. He was very knowledgeable and could already give advice just based on pictures and videos. The next morning I was greeted by the helpful Varun. I am super impressed with the depth of his knowledge on Porsche cars. I was advised to change the entire coolant system by another workshop, but Varun and Kelvin assured me that that was completely unnecessary as they could identify what was the real problem of the leak. I’m a guy who doesn’t know much about the technicalities of a car, but Varun made it very easy for a layman like myself to comprehend the problems, just like how a patient doctor would explain the issues to his patient. On top that that, Varun continues to take the initiative to update me on the status of the repair and recommended on only the necessary parts to be replaced. He also showed pictures of the condition of the parts that needed to be replaced which was very assuring as some workshops will just recommend but didn’t show any pics etc. The entire job was done quickly and it was very on time. Upon collection of the car, Varun and Kelvin also spent 2 hours (it was like an educational tour) sharing with me how do I care for the car and what are the potential issues in the future that I’ll need to look out for based on their experience. Post collection, Varun even follow up with a call to check in on everything and reminded me on what needs to be monitored. I’m truly grateful to have found Varun and Kelvin. From my experience with other mechanics, Varun’s and Kelvin’s knowledge, professionalism, passion, honesty, price point and service are unrivalled. I look forward to the next serviving and a long term relationship with these gentlemen.

I am a true believer of service and quality and Kelvin and Varun have done a great job on my cayenne. I been through a lot of service workshops and I think I can put my full trust in these guys for a job well done! Please keep it up guys and really appreciate you changing a water pump and a thermostat within the same day! Going back in 2 weeks for an engine tune.
