★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was hard to find, the receptionist who served me was unpleasant and made me and 2 of my friends waited outside for 10 mins. Room floor was very sticky, family room but did not supply any towels for us. Toilet seat was broken, not done by us and very dirty. Really uncomfortable to stay there for one night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were ridiculously dirty and filthy for only... Booked for a short stay (5hrs) but was unable to stay nor take shower. So I did bag drop and left the room.. On the positive the old guy was soo helpful during the day but the young guy was rude unnecessary. I waited for him to serve the customer so that I could ask him something n even before I spoke to him, he already pointed out he is busy ?

1. Poor service. The reception was very rude when handling the checkin
2. Though the room was booked for 3N, no room cleaning at all. Not even removing the rubbish.
3. Room is full with cockroaches.
4. Was told entire hotel run out of towels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pay 70plus for a night, booked for 4 nights. At first I tot it a very good deal. First day I check in, totally shocked, it was totally diff from the photo what I saw online,hotel inside outside not only dirty, you can see beds all over the hotel walkway, dirty clothes hanging along the walkway when u came out from the lift. Staffs also got very attitude problem. Honestly, I forget about the 3 nights remained, I just checked out the damn hotel on the second day.
