Go-to place for Mazesoba for the past few years! My standard order is the Taiwanese style Mazesoba. Everything is super tasty when mixed together following their instructions. Gyozas are also good. They give you the option to upsize your noodles for free but I hardly do it because the portion they provide is already very generous. The staff is friendly and attentive, coming around to pour extra complimentary tea every once in a while.

Amazing mazesoba. You have to try it! Noodle texture is springy, flavourful and chewy minced meat topped with generous serving of spring onions (LOVE!) It is not over oily that leaves a yucky taste in my mouth after eating. Super satisfied everytime I have my meal here. I usually order the original Taiwan mazesoba and they have been consistent with the quality and taste ???? the roasted barley is pretty awesome too, the perfect light drink to "wash down" your palate. It's also worth mentioning that the staff here are very attentive! Even at full house, we had a waitress who came to refill our roasted barley everytime it was below half cup. I don't like the soup that came with the mazesoba but the roasted barley really topped the experience of a fulfilling meal for me ❤️ need to go back soon!

Haven’t had much mazesoba but the noodles here are really good, they have a bouncy/chewy texture. As for the flavours, the Taiwan mazesoba is a little spicy and has a lot of umami but it could be a little bit more salty. Cheese and cod roe mazesoba was just okay, definitely prefer the other one. Gyoza was light and crisp with a juicy filling.

Pretty good. We tried the soup ramen and dried ramen. The broth was above average, noodles had nice texture.

Enjoyable lunch, good food, friendly service and free oolong tea. Ordered mazesoba nagoya style with lots of chives, green onions, seaweed and pork minced meat. Give it a good stir with the soft boiled egg, spoonful of soup and the right amount of vinegar to truly enjoy it. The gyoza is nicely pan fried too.

Taiwan maze soba Taiwan Soup ramen ? Food wise: Taiwan maze soba was so fragrant, had a creamy texture and soft chewy noodles. Noodles were Q, soaks up sauces well and slurping it was so satisfying! The added fragrance from the seaweed and spring onions tasted so good, so aromatic and its colours were so pretty! Nice chewy minced meatalong with its runny egg that gives the creaminess. So delicious bowl! The soup one, love the savoury, sour and spicy sauce. The runny yolks were also delicious! However, the maze soba was the star of the show here, but do give them all the try! ✨ Ambience wise: Great Japanese vibes restaurant! ?? Service wise: Great! Staff reminded us of the free upsize of noodles, so hearty meal! ? Price wise:$13.80++ each!

This outlet is exceptionally small and most of the seats are outdoor. I visited it on the eve of good friday and there was a short queue. Staff are quite attentive and friendly, service is also fast. Its not my first time at Kajiken, its consistent with other outlets. I love the noodles and sauce, drizzled with a little bit of hot oil, it taste a little like ban mian dry but chewier and better. :)

We had both mazesoba and ramen, it was decent. Ordered a side of handmade dumplings and they’re good! Limited seating available and it gets pretty warm inside. Spent around $20/pax, comes with free iced tea.
