This condominium has one of the most beautiful and iconic pools in Singapore, with views of National Stadium, Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer. It is less than 5 minutes drive into the city centre, and walking distance to 2 mrt stations. Its surrounding areas are also green and tranquil (so hard to find in dense Singapore) due it it being just at the mouth of Kallang River. For the outdoor enthusiast, weekends can be spent cycling or rollerblading around the river and park, go kayaking or fishing, book a sports facility at Singapore Sports Hub for badminton or tennis, or do indoor climbing at Kallang Wave Mall just a stone throw away. Children can enjoy similar outdoor activities, the nearby playgrounds or just count the number of planes that fly across the sky from the unobstructed view at the pool deck. If you're an early riser, look out the window facing the water and you can catch the sun raising from the left and later setting beautifully on the right. Inside, most of the apartments are tastefully done. Marbled flooring, high ceilings, open kitchen with islands (depending on your apartment type), furnished with reliable kitchen appliances and other white goods. Some units have a huge balcony for your family to checkout the water view and sunset, some have a smaller but still spacious balcony and view of the city. Rooms does seem smaller as compared to western homes, but relatively more spacious than other condominiums. We're living in land-scarce Singapore afterall. Most of the neighbors I've met are kind and considerate. It's quite ideal for the young couple, small family or a group of friends who like the idea of living in an apartment close to nature, transport and amenities.
