S	Sen Tjong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its is my insurance authorised workshop which my car was knocked from behind by a 3 toner. So far so good but yet to see their promised job done as the boss assured me to change damaged bumper and others. Lets see.... Might change my rating.....

I am claiming against another party for scratching my fender, rims and also resulting fault in suspension. Other party finally admitted after 9months and I was called in. Had already done all repairs on my own by then but KFS still need to close the case so told me to leave car for a day for them to check. Collected my car the following day, don’t know what they did but suspension was much worse off than before. Car is extremely bouncy and dangerous. Steering also not as firm as before. Advice: Avoid at all cost.

Surprisingly KFS gave me excellent customer service. It was just 2 weeks before cny. They said they would try to expedite my claim asap. And true enuf, i reported to them on a thurs, and next tues could send my car in for fixing. Got my car back on fri just in time for cny. Perfectly repaired. Very happy. They even offered courtesy car for my use but i declined, i opted for loss of use instead. Thanks KFS.

They are very helpful, patient & professional. They help me to prepare the car accident report, car rental and also help me to apply for HDB temporary season car park ( replacement of car ). They are so efficient and helpful. I have collected my car after a week. My car side mirror was replaced and new paints work was done nicely. I would highly recommended KFS to anyone who need car repairs service. Thanks KFS, please keep up your good service and standard.

Mind that it was almost 2 months after collecting my car. Did a full check, fully fixed it and only returned back to me once the issue has been resolved. Extremely grateful for that. From the point I contacted KFS over the phone to on-site experience , each of the personnel I engaged with are friendly and go all way out to assist me in administrative and repair works. Mr Ryan took the extra mile to diagnose the a car issue for me which is not related to the accident . They are prompt and detail in their service which put me at ease .
