Not lousy and they are suggestive, can give technical expertise with detailed explanations!
Workers are direct under supervision of experienced technicians and it is evident that they teach them continuously.
In a nutshell, WORTH spending time and money on them.

โ โ โ โ โ If you buy a second hand car and they are the workshop for giving warranty, I would suggest you have another second opinion before commiting the car. Recently bought a car and they were the appointed workshop that gives me a half year warranty. I went down to the workshop and checked with the guys if the car is of good conditions, they said yes. But after I bought the car, after 2 months, I went back to complain of some undercarriage noise, they told me all the engine mountings need to be changed and not under the warranty. Lesson learnt, do not trust your dealers workshop.

โ โ โ โ โ Does not overcharge, professional, detailed and knowledgeable. Very efficient as well. The boss is approachable, humble and gives honest suggestions without overcharging. The work was very well done too. As seen from the photos, the boot of my car was dented and had several scratches. The boss suggested a paint job and to pull out the dented part. I was amazed by how well the job was done and it took only 2 days. You couldn't even tell that it has been dented before! Would highly recommend this workshop!

โ โ โ โ โ Decided to try Mirage after got responsive reply for all my enquiries online by Heng. The services was done promptly and professionally. Definitely no hard selling, you decide based on the option available. You may also ask for particular brand that you want to replace. Diagnostic was done and faults are pointed out for your decision. I will definitely recommend this place for your Merc servicing. Well done and thank you!
