★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole process was not transparent and it felt very uncomfortable. They did not inform me of the huge final costs until the very last minute. Initial estimate was sgd 2000, final cost was sgd 6200 after 3 days. Many parts were changed and as I am not a professional, I am unsure whether they were "nice to have" or must have changes. I have used world auto for 16 years and changes in recent years is not for the better for customers. V disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service thou smaller than I imagine. They have a waiting area with refreshments while your car is attend.
Servicing takes around 2hrs, hope to have a shorter waiting time next time.
It's industrial area, nearby there is a coffee shop, other than that, you are pretty stranded without your car.
