★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best mazesoba in Singapore.
Don't let the fast food ambiance deter you from going to Kanda Soba. The quality of the mazesoba is consistent and makes me happy everytime. The soba is fresh and chewy and the meat sauce is loaded with umami goodness. Relatively affordable at $13 for a satisfying bowl.
Remember to follow their recommendation -- once you've reached halfway through your mazesoba, pour the rice vinegar on the remaining noodles to add zzng to your dish. Really nice and livens the flavour more.
Be prepared to wait though. There's only one person manning the stall -- he's the cook, as well as the one taking orders and payments (manpower crunch, I suppose).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it was rather a surprise. A little store within Donki Donki food court could have good maze soba that beats some other stand alone restaurant . The mixture of beef and pork minced meat blend rather well with the chewy soba . The soba diameter is quite thick. Giving it certain volume of bites. The accompanying vinegar give the dish another level of taste. The assortment of bonito powder , onion and chives play critical supporting roles to the dish. The cherry on top is the egg that silken the whole dish with its enhance richness. A good bowl of maze soba with equally damage on the wallet. I am missing Japan already, where a good bowl is below 10SGD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have frequented Kanda since it’s opening when I do get to dine at CQ, and it never disappoints. My personal opinion is everything else at Donki Food court is subpar in authenticity, quality and taste in comparison to theirs. Kanda Soba is by Koreans, so their mazesoba is not only full of flavour but also available in spicy options! I also love that we can finish our bowls off with vinegar and rice.
Their new addition of bulgogi rice was also wonderful — simple, deep flavours, and not heavy. I recommend it to all my friends and family and they are always impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a surprise that this turned out so good. It was flavourful and yummy. i was not expecting the soba to be thick too which i love! (It’s more like udon though)
Be warned that the chilli is extremely spicy, took out more than half of the portion shown in photo and it was a comfortable level for me (mala xiao la level)
Will defo go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally had a chance to try out this famous Maze soba (Hong kong style soba). It is one dish that you can eat in three different ways. The meat sauce is flavorful and the soba is thick and chewy. Highly recommended.

First time trying out the Ma-Ze Soba at @kandasoba.sg
The dry ramen is something that I have never had before and I am totally blown away by the complexity of the taste in a ramen dish. All I can say is that it is just so GOOD! After finishing the ramen, you will be given a small bowl of rice to finish up the remaining sauce. The whole meal was just so heavenly. 非常に美味しいです
Highly recommended to try this place out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, Affordable And Filling Mazesoba! Plenty of seats and is not as busy as other Donkis. I was surprised at the quality of the soba and all the ingredients with it. This bowl of mazesoba is super flavourful! Warning.. the level 1 spicy is already quite spicy lol! The uncle who took my order is super friendly explaining the menu to me as I looked perplexed. Im not really a fan of soba but seems like Kanda Soba changed my mind lol!
