Very bad experience

went for a haircut here uneven on both side sloppy work TWICE i went here to cut my hair TWICE they manage to mess up my haircut if i could give it 0 star i would

Good services and their dye and product used in store are superb, not harsh for your scalp

Lousy! The hairstylist that attended me was very lazy and unprofessional. Do not recommend! Lady around her 50s maybe with grey hair. I don't even know where to start..... I went for their $58 promo for the cut, colour and scalp treatment and added a $60 hair treatment. Hairstylist was unfamiliar with colours, I showed her picture of the colour I want which was a very basic brown color only and told me she wasn't sure what the colours will end up on my hair after apply. She did not even try to mix it up for me to see at all but nvm I just chose a colour and trusted her. My scalp was burning the whole time I mean they probably used some lousy hair dye idk can't complain much since it's cheap but it got worse when it's at my roots. She just anyhow apply a thick layer on top and half of my forehead and neck was covered with hair dye like how 随便 can you get. anyway it was kind of bearable but until she washed my hair it's when I start to feel the pain even more. I think she scrubbed really hard too. Ok so ended up the color on my roots was like 3-4 shades brighter than the rest of my hair but she told me it would be “fine” after blow drying lol but I knew deep down it won't be so I asked her to darken it so she did it but the whole time she was giving me black face. Afterwards she told me its normal for the roots to be brighter if not it would be black might as well dont dye lol. It's not normal to have hot roots.... Ok end results for the color just alright only it's like super dark brown almost like black the kind you can definitely colour yourself... And I don't feel the hair treatment worked. The free scalp treatment was just them putting some cooling stuff and then wash off. Hair cut was done anyhow also. Basically minimal effort, too much talk and no work done. I wasn't intending to post this but after my hair was done I went to the mirror and realised that my mask and cheek underneath was all stained so I went back and asked for a new mask nicely but was treated poorly and she gave me the mask unwillingly.

@ Fernvale. "Bo chup" attitude. "Jin Jai" haircutting. Poor customer service. Rude hairstylist, seems uneducated. No proper orientation when cutting my hair, UNEVEN. Never use hairclippers to tie up properly. Bleached my hair there once. Hurts more than DIY. Burning my scalp till redness for a week. Hair stylist never check on my pain tolerance. Time to wake up your standards. How long in this business already should get better. This one from bad to worse.

At first I felt awkward bcoz the stylist is a guy but as the way he handled my hair i felt ok bcoz his hand is light u will never feel like he's pulling ur hair as he combing ur hair as he put on the cream for coloring. I highly recommend stylist Kim to everybody?
