★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you see your hairdresser name FREDDIE, make some excuse and RUN. He cut hair like professional e-sports speed runner. Left and right hair cut different length, he say is my head skull one side higher than another.
Look for Jerry, he's very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I told them to just trim yet I got an army haircut instead. This is Singapore and first language is English no matter what, this is afterall 2021 and my hair was very itchy after the haircut that I have to wash several times before the itch was gone, sanitize your equipment for godsake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stylists are very rude. If there is an option of zero star, I would definitely state so. Both of them were impolite, making me feel as if I owe them a huge favour. I would never ever set foot in the shop again. I was wondering why the other shop seems to have a longer queue. I guess poor customer service here is one of the reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had always been a getting my haircut from EC house but i guess not anymore. i literally just arrived at the shop and the hair stylist told me off rudely to scan safe entry? it slipped out my mind as i have not been getting my haircut for quite some time, but to just arrive and being told rudely? and the same stylist cut my hair, told him not to trim it too short. guess what? he made it shorter than expected. i was so disappointed with the hair cut, literally. never should've returned after encountering a bad experience here before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an hair cut with my girl together. We trimmed a bit of fringe and bob. Both stylists were pretty friendly and polite. Waited for 2 customers only. Hair cut was decent . They will check on what length you want before you cut. Overall a smooth and pleasant experience. Will be back for maintenance. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit was ok.Avoid eve of public holidays which was my 2nd visit.Wasnt that good.Had to wait for quite a few customers.Haircut wasnt fantastic.So 3 stars.Watch out as the other haircutters tend to talk in their native tongue quite a bit which is not light in the ears.
