β β β β β I liked this store, got my Barney Crumpler from there on holiday 3 years ago and its still going strong. Even near closing time the staff were happy for me to umm and arr about 5 different bags trying them on and seeing how they fit. No high pressure sales, which is a turn off, so in fact i was more comfortable buying, go figure :)

Outlet at VivoCity is the best to go.
He was patient , friendly and simply made the customer feel at ease.
He greeted everyone in the store and with his smile thatβs very approachable.
He also entertain my enquires and have further assistance.

β β β β β Salesperson Nurin has good product knowledge and was enthusiastic in attending to the needs/wants of the consumer. She recommended a good product (backpack) according to my budget/preference and my boyfriend was very satisfied with the gift! Nurin is a positive employee who takes pride in her work and it has been a while since I come across a genuine salesperson in a mall :) Keep up the good service, Nurin!

β β β β β Excellent service by Noah despite being harried and swamped by sale-crazied customers. He was quick to provide everyone with sartorial tips, get new stock from his store, and sign up new customers for membership. All done with speed and a great sense of humour. Best service staff I have seen in months.
