★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donny gives detail feed back on how my cat Gideon respond to water bathing the 1st time i went there and i had discussed wif him on ways to minimise bathing stress to the cat for 2nd visit. By the 2nd visit, Gideon is more comfortable wif Donny taking the new measures to reduce his stress which I am happy to continue working wif Donny to cater to my cat's needs. Donny is v willing to share tips on how to groom my cat on a daily basis which is v precious to 1st time pet owner like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Donny is the one I trust with my small poodle grooming. He will take almost 2 hours each time, and highlight to me health issues he noticed.
You need to make an appointment with him, say on facebook etc, before going down due to current covid restrictions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Maltese is very old, it has weak legs and skin allergies. I tried to book a grooming session from other groomers such as doggylicious which is closer to my house, but they don't want to take her. So I googled again and found Kawaii Pets.
I booked an appointment via SMS @90187832 for today's grooming session at 5 pm. I was worried at first because I wasn't sure if a new pet groomer is able to take good care of my dog. But after I picked up my dog at 7 pm, I am very Impressed by the groomer Donny's patience and excellent skills.
My dog was running around in the shop cheerfully. I can see that she has enjoyed herself for the grooming session. I'm definitely going to become a regular customer to this shop. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday was the first time I sent my furkid to Donny for basic grooming and he was very thorough with checking my furkid's body when I shared with him via Whatsapp that she had been bitting her nails and scratched her body. Donny found red patches on her body and gave me some advices. I didn't meet Donny in person (my husband was the one who dropped off and picked up our furkid at Kawaii Pets) but from our communication through Whatsapp, I can sense Donny's dedication and passion in his profession. I intend to send my furkid to Donny for her next full grooming.
