The female staff told me that they wash their chinchillas in order to wash off their scent, so they can bond quicker. So shocking, all the chinchilla lovers have common sense that chinchillas are not supposed to be washed, especially in humid climate. They also come up with funny statement that the reason their chinchillas have thinner furs is because they are used to local climate. Evolutions do not happen in such short amount of time, they use this excuse to cover up the low quality of the animals.

We brought our rabbit to House of Chinchilla for grooming, on the recommendation of a friend. Service was quick and efficient, full groom took about an hour, which we passed quickly by playing with the friendly chinchillas there. The owner is really helpful and friendly, sharing lots of information about the care of chinchillas, and allowing us to play and interact with them. The kids were amazed at how fun and playful the chins were! Really a lovely place to visit and we will certainly be back.

Owner is friendly and patience who would share a lot of his fun stories to you. His cute and well trained Chinchillas were definitely not the only reason to fell in love with , but also his “stand-up comedic shows” would make up your day. Patrick and his staff is very very friendly, not pushy and honest. They don't judge you and allow u to play with the chinchillas and share information with you.. You are allowed to mingle ard w the pets first before deciding which one you love the most. Unlike at other pet shop, u see, u choose confirm want then go and pay.. u don't get to sit down and play with it a little while before deciding. We got a Syrian boy from them and he is VERY TAME and super GUAI.. We are so happy, will definitely go back if we want to keep more syrian. Thanks Patrick and Staff. We will be back (",)

At first, I am interested in buying a pet hamster but after interacting with chinchillas, i want to have one...the girl who entertained me was very helpful and shared a lot of infos on how to care of them. I will bring my family and decide altogether. Thank you for entertaining me and I had a great experience mingling with your lovely pets.

A small pet shop that sells mainly local breed chinchillas and a few hamsters. They allow you to have some hands on with the chinchillas before deciding if it is the right pet for you. But one thing is that I find one of the shopkeepers quite "violent"? He casually grabbed the chins and threw it to me to play with it and flicked the chins when they bit something they shouldn't. But maybe thats how they train their chins since young. Would definately bring one home if I could.

My favourite place to look for chinchilla, rabbit or hamster. The boss Patrick never rush u to buy a pet and makes sure u are ready and knows how to take care of them before u purchase a pet. Price wise is higher than most common shops like Pet Lover Centre, but service wise is top notch. I had gotten a chinchilla and a syrian hamster from them. Look dor Patrick if u want good services

Owner is super friendly and let my gf and I play with the pets. Only wanted to go in and see see but he sat us down and showed us all his hamsters and chinchillas, despite us having no intentions of getting one. But I know in the future if I were to get a chinchilla, this is where I will be getting one. Very happy to be served by the owner!
