Very happy w our zino & kino ceiling fan. Staff was nice n patient, keep answering my qns and providing good advise. Cuz the fan I was buying was for my kids room, so tt is impt to make sure. Installation was fast and professionally done. Overall, happy w our kaze fans! ?

Was recommended by a friend of mine. Dropped by their showroom and KAZE Fans had a great selection of ceiling fans available. Tested out the wind speeds for a few of them, and their KINO/ZINO fans were what I was looking for. Kudos to Averlyn for being so patient in explaining, and for following up with me.

Kudos to Kaze's attentive and prompt customer service. The sales lady (Averlyn) gave good advice and recommendations on which ceiling fan will be the best suited for my house. The only downside is that their showflat is a slightly inconvenience to go to. In the end, no regrets on choosing Kaze Fans.

I bought 3 kaze fans recently. 2x kino for my living room and 1x ninja for the balcony. The fans are efficient, quiet and energy saving :) most importantly, shawn and his sales team are very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend their products!

Shawn was great at not wasting my time and giving me all the right details regarding the fan I wanted. In less than two weeks everything is settled from ordering to installing everything was smooth. Gave 4 stars cause I don't know how long the fan will last. Will come back to edit this post. Wish me luck on the longevity of the fans ? I've had a great experience with Shawn from Kaze. When I first got in touch with him, it was on a Sunday and I'm actually juggling to many things in my renovation. He answered my queries promptly and also everything was so conveniently done with whatsapp especially given that I have no time on Saturday to head down to his showroom. (I work Mon-Fri). I did have a look around various fans in the market, my husband actually did find someone else and almost used them because they were much more cost effective, but I was bought over by Shawn's earnest way of doing business which is what I identified with as well. I also felt that I trusted his fans more than the other party so I persuaded my husband to go with Kaze. There was a bit of hiccup during the installation but Shawn handled it so well and I really am grateful he solved the issue for me and placed the customer first. I would highly recommend them and even though they were not the cheapest around, the confidence of dealing with the right people made all the difference for us!

Good service, patient guidance, no hard selling, allows us plenty of space to make our own decisions. We are very happy with Averlyne's service. Product works well and we subsequently purchased for our relative too.

Bought less 6mths and it was faulty and since under warranty, the technician came and fix it. But now less than 3yrs of use, the ceiling fan which on and off by itself. Nice designs but not durable.
