It was quite shocking for him to talk about Challengers own products (Valore) and say how they were all copies made in China that would ruin our hearing. When told that we are buying the product for an older women, he told us that we would be killing her by buying this product. Intimidated us into buying a more expensive popular brand earbuds. Would not recommend!

Will not recommend buying good especially when they say cannot refund because they know a high chance that their product will spoil soon ofter. Inferior quality.

l	lee sm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ make an order for Trek SE-CAM Torchlight with Built in Camera on 26 March 22 and fully paid. Till today , 4 April 22 still unable to received my purchase. Call to the WS branch twice to check if the stock have arrived is a waste of time,the staff simply say item not here and there is no ETA of the item. Call to customer support on 2 April 22 three times is also a waste of time. What type of service is this?After taking the money simply ignore the customer.
