KBP Muay Thai - 265A New Bridge Rd

Finally found a cozy muay thai gym I was looking for after trying a few different MMA gyms.

So much fun for girls too! Boxing gym might be intimidating for girls sometimes. but at KBP, they give beginners 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 lessons and attention before you feel comfortable to join the main class. Love the vibe of the big family too.

Great family-feel gym apart from other commercial big name gyms. The trainers are very professional yet treat all trainees equally. Highly recommended for newbies and professionals alike.

Great gym and trainers! I have been going to KBP for the past year and half at a pace of 3 times a week and really enjoyed it! Group trainings are well structured and fighters closely followed by each trainer to ensure steady progress. Master Johnny, Evone and Jonathan really take the time to teach proper techniques 6 days per week for all students. As for competition, I also took on Master Johnny preparation for my first fight. His specifically designed program was demanding but super efficient. It got me in shape both physically and technically to be confident and win my first boxing fight last weekend! So I am very happy to share more about what's happening in KPB and bring new fighters in to compete. Looking forward to sweat more with KBP team and prepare my next fight! Thomas.
