N	Nolgene Boey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Not sure what the stylist name was but she wears specs and a blue/yellow velcro converse. Been to other kcuts outlet like buona vista and felt it was pretty decent. Instead of going back to my usual stylist, went to try this outlet as it was much nearer to my house. Asked for my usual side undercut/ back high slope, came out like a literal bowl. The stylist had 0 sense of style and it was so bad I asked her to give me an army haircut and it still turned out bad..... The management should really reconsider and re-evaluate the people they hire. I believe I’m never going to visit another Kcuts outlet again.
D	Damon Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parents wanting to trim your toddler's hair take note. Went during the phase 2 circuit breaker in June 2020. Last time as long as toddler can sit on your lap, you can cut the hair over here. This time, because of social distancing, toddler cannot sit on my lap to cut. Made a trip there to get the sad news that they can't do it. Toddler must be able to sit on his/her own, while parent waits outside. That's the current way. Hope this helps you avoid wasted trip. The contact number for this outlet has been edited to Pasir Ris Sports Centre main line. Previous one led me to Downtown East.

Despite telling him I don't speak Chinese, persistently spoke Chinese and acted very angrily when I requested that I wanted my sides to be shorter. Hair cut was not of good quality either. He didn't spend much time and just blindly cut my hair. Wanted a simple trim instead walked out with a less than mediocre army haircut. Will definitely not be going to this outlet anymore.
D	Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had quite a few haircuts at this place now by different members of staff and each time I've had to go back and get it done again after I've gone home and my wife has pointed out an issue with it making me look a complete fool!!! When they flash the mirror around your head showing you the cut under the poor lighting it seems to look ok.... Not sure where the staff have learnt how to cut hair, or even blend the hair but its absolutely appalling! Or it could be because I'm a foreigner and they feel they can get away with it? The best kcuts I've been to so far is Tampines!

WHAT AN ADVICE! THIS IS NOT A FAMILY ORIENTED HAIR SALON AS PER NAME. SO DISAPPOINTED AND PLEASE VISIT AT UR OWN RISK. Always secondguess my choice, when I give up and ask her what she reccomends, she then replies she dont know it's my choice. Then why bother asking about my choices if you have no advice? Rude. Lots of hair leftover around my ears and arms.
