β β β β β After 2 long months of lockdown, when Phase 1 opened, I went here for henna treatment.... I chose Black herbal henna & the result was amazing ? My hair which was earlier rough, dry & damaged with split ends turned into smooth, silky & glowy natural black!! After very long time, I got back my natural black hair as I had been colouring my hair for many years. Added to that, I also went for a layer hair cut with fringes.... I'm extremely happy with the results as my hair texture is very thin & I never thought I could get a layer cut done!! Thanks to Shalini who did this for me ? I highly recommend this parlour for quality & chemical-free herbal products!! Ladies, please give it a try, I bet u can't stop going again & again.... such a friendly & expert service ?

β β β β β Very very very bad exp. Went for U cut , she cut my hair strait like a corner shop and after showing me how much length she will cut from down to my surprise my hair was cut short. I have done U cut style Haircut before but never saw anyone cutting straight holding in her hand. I Don't know about other services but pls don't go for Haircut here.

β β β β β There was only one other client inside when I walked in. So after checking in and walking inside to show the lady, she didnβt even cared and simply rolled her eyes and continued with her work.
Another lady suddenly walked out with the thread on her and just signal me to sit down at the chair without asking me what services I wanted. At this point in time, both ladies didnβt converse verbally to me. Basically just had the i just want to get the job done attitude
So after a few times of rough handling by her, my brows was uneven and thin, hairs not cleaned up and she ushered me to go pay up.
Terrible experience. Iβm not even angry just really surprised your business is surviving with such attitude . And I hope whoever is going to respond to this review to stop putting the same response and PLEASE do something to your business. I pity your customers walking in and getting their eye brows ruined

β β β β β I visited Pasir Ris branch a week back for Keratin treatment. They did my hair treatment and layer cut. After 4days my hairs started becoming fizy and went back to them. Such a horrible experience , the girl who did my Keratin started talking to me rudely saying that my hairs are spoilt and I dnt knw to maintain. I hve been doing Keratin treatment frm past 5years and I always use same shampoo and conditioner. When I questioned her she says that she is getting irritated by talking to me. The owner of the parlour doesn't understand what the problem is. They washed my hair and lower hairs in the back are totally fizzy and she says it's layer cut. Pathetic they are. They charged $300 and within 1week my hairs are back to fizzy. When I wash my hair it looks OK, after 3-4hrs it becomes fizzy and they are not ready to fix. This is really horrible and worst service providers.

β β β β β Hopeless service, racist comments- the lady had the audacity to tell me which place i came from looking at my face (Tamil face it seems) and talk in her own mother tongue assuming i know her language
She couldnβt even shape my eyebrows properly and i asked her to redo it twice!!
Outrageous prices and the service is extremely shoddy and unprofessional
