Didn't want a haircut because wanted to save money! But my boyfriend went there and when I entered, I felt like I needed to do a haircut in this place. Never regretted. First the owner of the salon allowed me to park just beside his salon, so that I don't have to go looking for a lot at the bungalows. Boyfriend asked a lot of questions and recommendations. His hairstylist, John, was professional and recommended a suitable dye and style for his face. Wa, my boyfriend suddenly became more handsome. Can see John did a lot of work on each strand of hair. ? My female hairstylist, don't know her name, was super meticulous and I have never seen a hairstylist so precise in a haircut. Every layer she makes sure it was even, not like those who just grab a bunch of hair and cut it. Nope. She made sure every layer of hair was straight neat and synchronised. Took an hour for my haircut and at a not expensive rate of 49 dollars. While waiting for my boyfriend, they offered me a massage on their massage chair in a room. This is a hidden gem. Service is good and they are PROFESSIONALS. Rates are affordable too! Cross my heart, will go back.

Used to have oily scalp & hair loss issue, the stylist did the scalp scan, recommended to try their signature aroma scalp treatment. Really happy that it uses natural essential oil based products. Just love it ??❣️

Jack is an amazing hair stylist. I cut my hair there with him once and was back today for a full head highlight appointment with some bleaching. All of this was informed up front when I called to make my appointment. I was booked for 3pm and Jack was only halfway through 2 clients concurrently. I was consulted for 10 mins and fell asleep while waiting 1 hour and I still hadn't started any hair color service because he had to attend to the 2 who was there before me which is understandable. The owners had booked him to do 3 people's hair at 1 time. Ridiculous waste of my Saturday.

The hair stylist did a fantastic job. She had recommended me a nice hair color and cut which gave me a new look. I am really satisfied and pleased with her service.

Tried their aroma scalp therapy under their first trial package. Hairdresser was quite thorough in terms of application to hair, products they use felt quite high quality, and it smells great. Will recommend.

Loved the cut and colour that Ivan gave me. He was very meticulous and professional throughout the whole experience. Didn't rush and layered my hair perfectly. Even signed up a package with them after my experience!

A big thank you to Aileen and Dawn for their dedication and commitment to make my hair so soft and beautiful despite them having to stay late. Came across this salon when I was at upper Thomson and I just had to try it. Love how natural their keratin treatment was - like your natural hair but better ;) service was great too! They offered drinks and snacks. Aileen constantly checked on me to see if everything is okay - whether I needed toilet break or snacks to fill my tummy since it was dinner time. Will definitely come back, thank you aileen!!!

Went for a new hair colour at the salon a couple of weeks back. The ambience of the salon was nice and soothing; it was brightly-lit and had a comfortable vibe, making me feel well at ease spending a few hours of my Saturday there. Award-winning hair artist Ethan was friendly and patient in finding out what colour I desired and specially concocted a customised mixed colour based on the description I provided. I was really satisfied with the Peach Rose Gold colour that he managed to achieve without requiring any bleaching? The hair wash with shampooing I received was also great with a nice scalp massage which left me feeling relaxed.
