★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I visit in the morning, it’s very quitter. I found many residential buildings and this area seems a comfortable place to live:)
I saw one old shopping centre in front of MRT but I am not sure how it is as I didn’t visit there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very peaceful community with more than enough facilities.Helpful residents.A lot of greenery.May be expensive to live at but it is really a good deal.Kembangan has its own MRT station,bus stops ,buses that take you to Changi village even.It even has grocery shops,healthcare clinics,dentists,tuition centres,fields,playgrounds,etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet and one of the best neighbourhood towards east to live in. Both CBD (Tanjong Pagar) and Changi Business Park are 20 mins MRT (Metro) ride from Kembangan MRT station. The Kembangan community center always has lot of activities going on. The walking/jogging/Bike trail to East Coast Park is less than 3km from Kembangan MRT. The same park connector on the other side leads to Bedok Reservoir. In short, wonderful neighbourhood to live in.
