★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i can give zero star I would,sunday morning rushing to work,took the first train in service for downtown line(blue line).
Reached Mcpherson,changing to circle line to go to paya lebar and the gate is not open even after train services has started. Wish smrt can train their staff to be on time or early so that those rushing to work can be on time. It is their responsibility to ensure we have a good and safe journey by at least being on time.Highly disappointed as this is my first time taking the first morning train to work.I know its sunday but at least do the job you sign up for.??☹?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This passenger catches the 1st morning train heading Expo. He blast his handphone volume in the quiet morning and it is so inconsiderate. Can a kind staff help to advise him to get a earpiece? We want peace while waiting for train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as nice as the DownTown line stations. Feels more like NSL or EWL. When changing trains from DTL to Circle Line, have to tap out walk about a min to get to another gantry for the circle line MacPherson Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station itself is clean and pleasant, however, I wish the station staffs could be a little more proactive in helping commuters. A lady approached me for directions to Tampines and looked a little lost as to where exactly to go. I approached the staff at the office to help assist the lady only for him to tell me to take downtown line and walked away shortly after. I had to walk the lady over and spend money tapping in and out the gantry to ensure she boards the right train. I am glad to help her but I just hope the station staffs can take more initiative to assist the commuters instead of just directing verbally.
