Tasty lor mee with generous fried ingredients. The sambal is unique and adds a punch to it. However I found the gravy a bit too starchy and thick. ordered thru Grab Food.

Tried the $4 lor mee during Phase 2 (HA). The chef was generous with the fillings (fish, wanton, fishcake, meat). Flavour was welcomingly intense. Service was friendly, with a choice given to customers whether they want garlic, chilli, vinegar and spring onions.

Had the value large bowl of lor mee. It came with many ingredients: tender fish slide, crispy fish skin, fried wanton, etc. You can specify whether want to add condiments such as veginar, spring onion, chilli. NTUC members will get discount of price of 5.40 instead of 6.

Fried fish is fresh and the gravy is just nice. Maybe more garlic will taste even better.

Average lor mee, the β€œlor” gravy not much β€œlor” taste, and very starchy. Not to my favourite. $5 with fish skin. Fish skin is good, even after it’s soaked in gravy and soft. Come here at 4-5pm for late lunch. Not queue.

A delicious bowl of Lor Bee Hoon to kick off the weekend! The broth isn't as starchy as you might think. Before pouring the broth, the bee hoon is favored with oil. Fresh condiments such as minced garlic and spring onions complement the dish well. The fried fish and wantons add a nice crunch to the side dish. Chilli and vinegar are essential for enhancing the flavor of the dish.

I've been eating here since the day after they opened at this location (the first day, the line was coming out of the foodcourt). Used to have to queue but now (after the pandemic) it's either a short queue or no queue. I've been a fan of lor mee for a long time but don't eat it too often as it seems kind of starchy. This stall has their signature version with various price points but I've pretty much always opted for the $6 one, with yellow noodles, extra garlic and vinegar and no chilli padi. That's my bugbear...used to be big red chillis which was a good heat but now the chilli padi is just too hot. It also comes with fried fish skin, fried fish, pork, fishcake, etc. See the picture. Over the years since it's been here, I have to say that the quality has dropped, and the ingredients has gotten a little less but the price has remained the same despite COVID and inflation so I'm not complaining (hence still 5 stars). But I also think the depth of flavour in the early days is missing today.
