I have such a "wonderful" experience making 64 missed / rejected calls to the clinic on 20 Feb 2022 between 6.01pm to 6.21pm. The clinic staff ignored my calls by not answering the phone. Once I put down the phone, they immediately make another phone call or answered another patient as the phone is engaged the next moment I called again. So wonderful to make 64 phone calls but the clinic staff had REFUSED and REJECTED THE PHONE CALLS because they selectively answered the phone calls only when they like. This is not my first time making such a "wonderful" and "fantastic" phone calls to Cornerstone Medical at Ghim Moh. Hence I decided to attach the picture to show that I have countles phone call without ANYONE answering the call. I have called on 15, 16 and 17 morning between 9am to 9.34am, 11.12am to 11.56 and 1pm to 1.27pm, I still receive "fantastic" service by having rejected/ unanswered phone calls from the clinic. Hence, I decided to make a trip down to the clinic to make sure it is not closed down. To my surprise, it is in open ans there are only 3 people waiting when I reached there at 6.28pm on 22 Feb 2022. No wonder they provided "wonderful" phone call rejection service because there are not many people in the clinic, hence they are "too busy" to answer the calls. Thanks Dr and Team for providing such as "unforgettable" phone call experience. I will highly encourage people not to visit or call Cornerstone Medical as they might receive "unforgettable" experience from them.

Professional. I went for Covid testing. Immediately they know exact procedures to perform. The doc was friendly and cared for patient. She explained in detail what to expect and you feel you were in safe hand.

Just came to see the doctor at 2.10pm but the nurse informed that clinic is closed since too many patients. There were only 5 patients and the closing time is at 3pm. One of the worst place that I ever been. I don’t recommend this place since we are not coming for fun. ?‍♂️

Friendly doctor, professional staff - 3 on the outside, with slightly long waiting time. I think it is hard to have adequate patient interaction with short waiting time. I will actually come back. I lost my mc and they sympathetically reprinted it without charges. What a nice gesture.

Extremely rude front desk staff. Clinic opens at 9am. I am waiting outside in front of unit using phone waiting till open so I will be first person served and can get to work as they don't have reservation services. Front desk staff with glasses asks me why I'm waiting in front of door when no one else around. Said I want to be served first to get to work. She says why don't I go wait at coffee shop. I said I want to be served first and leave, am I causing a problem. She says no and walks away, saying rudely I don't know what you're doing. Uh I just explained and why don't you ask without being rude and of telling me to do something [wait at coffee shop] when you acknowledge I'm not bothering anyone. Next, same front desk staff turns on lights and unlocks the auto front doors at 856am. Let's door open and does not say anything, to come in or not. Only when both staff are laughing and making gesticulating come in motions with rude faces is it clear that the clinic is open. Person wants to be rude saying clinic is open at 9am exactly, and thinks that we're supposed to read their minds that just because door is open that means they are ready to serve us before 9am. Dr, please check your video on this. Lastly, when getting ART test, i ask to have it outdoors, like I got tested previously. First response: there is no difference here or outdoors. Besides being factually incorrect, rude about it and I advise that I had called earlier last week and was advise would not be an issue. Then she huffs out 'then why didnt you mention it earlier' and gesticulates a rude waving motion at me. please please watch your video on this. "i have to prep outdoors so go back and wait". when i confront her before testing why she is speaking to me this way to me and what did i do to her, she says she doesn't have a problem. well, you are being rude i tell her. she says' im not being rude, its' just my tone, so sorry. Um, people can be rude based exactly on the tone and way they speak to someone. Can't figure out if she actually believes this or is making some excuse after being confronted on her behavior It's unfortunate because my experience with 2 of the doctors here have been 5 stars. I'm putting review as hopefully the doctors can actually enact change in both. I sincerely hope that both of these people are treated the same way they treat others, and maybe they would have enough self-reflection to change.
