★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wish or must go there, you can ONLY enter via Serangoon Ave 1. Don't try to drive or ride there using the Serangoon Gardens or CHOMP CHOMP food centre as you will hit a no entry sign at the exit point.

Kesington Park has just that!
Amazing plot ratio giving that feeling of space that is hard to come by anywhere else.
Enbloc talks are in progress again so enjoy it all while its still there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge space as the units here are designed in the 1980s. But having been completed since 1987, much of the common areas are feeling tired and dated. However, the maintenance and upkeep of the condo is excellent. This condo is a firm favourite among the French community as it is within walking distance to Lycee Francais de Singapour (International French School IFS).
