★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is outrageous. Kenzo lightning or Designer lightning - everything under the Azora banner. Their lights are upcharged by 4x, their blinds 1.3x, their pipes/basins 1.5x. Can't believe I fell victim again when one of the toilet LED failed a little less than 2 years (must be some lousy branded LED) and try to get them to changed it - i was charged $58 just for the LED (it's probably only worth SGD10 at most). If i had known earlier, i would have just gotten a replacement myself and changed it. Thought it was under warranty still. I'm going to make it my life's mission to warn people about Azora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase round led downlight, delivered and installed square led downlight. Cause gap form around the edges of all downlights. After sale services encountered tons of hipcups and sale person handled the case in an unprofessional manner initially. Finally changed all problematic led downlight after shifted in. So much troubles caused during the rectification.
Items price above average, services not equivalvent to the price paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their after sales service is great , they really provide an efficient on site service as they promised! I would recommend anyone interested in buying some lightings. Not the cheapest, but reasonable. I get what i paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salespeople simply do not really care about customers. Always say will call me back to fix an appointment but never happen everytime. End up I have to call the company back at each occasion. Even when I walk into the shop the sales lady was talking to me while looking at her phone. There are way better options out there. Broke down lights were sent in for service but took 3 weeks to come back.
