★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is outrageous. Kenzo lightning or Designer lightning - everything under the Azora banner. Their lights are upcharged by 4x, their blinds 1.3x, their pipes/basins 1.5x. Can't believe I fell victim again when one of the toilet LED failed a little less than 2 years (must be some lousy branded LED) and try to get them to changed it - i was charged $58 just for the LED (it's probably only worth SGD10 at most). If i had known earlier, i would have just gotten a replacement myself and changed it. Thought it was under warranty still. I'm going to make it my life's mission to warn people about Azora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff who served me was friendly and polite, but their prices are over the top. Understandable as they work with id and gives quite good commission to id. All these naturally add "value" iterally dollars and cents onto customers' wallet.
