★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid. Agreed on the timing, written in black and white on the order form. No show. When queried, mentioned that it was not indicated in the system. Given all sorts of excuses. Bottom line, something so simple and the shop got it wrong. No basic courtesy to inform the customer.
Best of all, given another time slot. Guess what, no show also. They take your money, commit to you and nothing happens. Do they have stock? What is happening? Lousy company, terrible ethics.
Thumbs down big time.
